I believe God has called me to be a missionary church planter.  I believe that God would have my family and I to plant churches, turn them over to nationals, and then repeat the process.  It is my prayer that God would allow us to accomplish this for His honor and glory.  I would also like to see God raise up men who would go out to plant their own churches and even missionaries to take the Gospel back to their homelands.  It is a big vision, but we serve a big God, and I believe it is a God honoring vision.  I believe that these plans can be achieved through the following goals:

• Begin a Bible study and invite locals to attend

• Through the Bible study, lead people to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ

• From the growing Bible study, start a local, New Testament church

• Disciple new believers in their faith through a regularly scheduled discipleship program

• Involve saints in the work of the ministry

• Establish a local church Bible institute to train leaders

• Prayerfully see God raise up nationals to assume leadership in existing works and start new works
